2. Products & Pricing
2.1 All products displayed on Krafmen.com are subject to availability.
2.2 Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Krafmen reserves the right to adjust prices, promotions, and product details without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Orders can be placed via our website shopping cart system.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and selected eWallets.
3.3 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Delivery & Self-Collection
4.1 Delivery coverage is within West Malaysia and selected East Malaysia areas, unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Delivery timelines are 3–7 working days for standard items. Special/custom orders may take longer (up to 4–6 weeks).
4.3 Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout unless a free delivery promotion applies.
4.4 Customers may also opt for self-collection at designated Krafmen outlets.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1 Products sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery
5.2 Customers must notify Krafmen within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange/return.
5.3 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6. Warranty
6.1 Selected products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product.
6.2 Warranty does not cover: misuse, wear and tear, improper installation, or modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Krafmen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
7.2 Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on Krafmen.com, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of 360 Degree Furniture Sdn Bhd and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
8.2 Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
