At Krafmen, we take pride in the quality and durability of our furniture. To give our customers peace of mind, selected products come with a limited warranty. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, exclusions, and claims process.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Warranty applies only to products specifically stated as “with warranty” at the time of purchase.
- Coverage period varies by product (usually 6–12 months, unless otherwise specified).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as:
- Broken frames or structural failure under normal use.
- Loose joints or fittings due to manufacturing faults.
- Defective mechanisms (e.g., recliners, drawers).
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fabric fading, cushion softening).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
- Damage from improper installation, relocation, or modifications.
- Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, direct sunlight, pests).
- Commercial use of products intended for residential use.
- Transportation or delivery-related damages not reported at the time of delivery.
3. Claim Process
- Customers must contact Krafmen Support within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number) and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Our support team will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
- If approved, Krafmen may:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the defective part, or
- Exchange the product with an equivalent model (subject to availability).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Products must be used under normal household conditions.
- Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser only.
- Customers are responsible for moving the product to a service location if required.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Krafmen’s liability is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or exchange as stated above.
- Krafmen is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
