At Krafmen (360 Degree Furniture Sdn Bhd, 1246782-P), we take pride in delivering quality furniture designed for everyday living. Due to the nature of our products, all confirmed purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered and accepted by the customer.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
- Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Furniture items are considered final sale due to logistics, handling, and customization involved.
2. Exchange Policy (Defects or Wrong Items)
We understand that issues may occur during production or delivery. Customers may refuse acceptance upon delivery if:
- The wrong item has been delivered, or
- The item has clear manufacturing defects or damage.
In such cases, customers are entitled to a one-time exchange for the same item or another product of equal value.
3. Conditions for Exchange
- Issues must be identified immediately upon delivery and reported to our delivery team.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and not installed.
- Exchanges will not be accepted once the item has been signed off, assembled, or used.
4. Delivery & Exchange Process
- If an exchange is approved, a replacement item will be arranged at no additional delivery cost.
- Exchange is limited to the same delivery address stated in the original order.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Some products may include manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty details, where applicable, will be stated on the product page or provided upon purchase.
