At Krafmen, we are committed to ensuring your furniture reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our delivery policy below before placing your order.
1. Delivery Coverage
- West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): Standard delivery service available.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Limited coverage; subject to arrangement and additional charges.
- Singapore: Available upon request, subject to approval and additional fees.
- Customers are encouraged to confirm delivery availability before making a purchase.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Ready-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
- Special/custom orders: Estimated delivery within 4–6 weeks, depending on availability and production.
- Delivery schedules may vary during festive seasons, sales campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, logistics delays).
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery charges are calculated based on location, order size, and product type, and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery promotions may apply from time to time.
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Difficult-to-access areas (e.g., high-rise without lift access).
- Special handling requests.
4. Delivery Process
- Our delivery team will contact customers prior to delivery to confirm the date and time.
- Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the scheduled time.
- In the event of a failed delivery (customer unavailable), re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Self-Collection
- Customers may choose to collect their orders at selected Krafmen outlets.
- Self-collection requires prior arrangement and confirmation from our support team.
6. Product Acceptance
- Customers are required to inspect their items upon delivery.
- If there are any defects, damages, or wrong items, customers may refuse acceptance and request an exchange immediately (see Return & Refund Policy).
- Once items are accepted and signed off, they are considered delivered in good condition.
7. Installation Services
- Selected products include free installation (where stated on product page).
- For products without free installation, customers may request additional service (subject to fees).
